5 April 1915, by the Mayor and a local Committee.
October 1915 attached to 122nd Brigade, 41st
Division and moved to Aldershot. May 1916 France,
and Flanders. The Somme campaign 1916. 27th september
1917 amalgamated with 1/1st Hampshire Yeomanry and
became the 15th (Hampshire Yeomanry) Bn.
